At Brow Code Professional, we strive for excellence in every order; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on professional-grade liquids or tools that have been opened.

Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable courier service to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
